Counseling can help people live happier, healthier and more productive lives. Through the use of creative and personalized psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s various challenges. My therapy sessions are designed to meet you where you are, address client-driven personal goals and issues, and develop effective tools to become your full potential and live your best life.

I implement effective psychotherapy methods based on a holistic Gestalt approach to instill self-understanding, improve choice options, and restore balance through the manifestation of healthier attitudes and feelings towards life situations. From small scale circumstances to traumatic experiences, my services are personalized to serve everyone’s needs. I specialize in adult clinical, family, child/adolescent, and historical trauma and addictions. I look forward to the opportunity of walking beside you as you learn, stretch and grow. Affordable hourly rates and I am a registered Kentucky Medicaid provider.

I was recently certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and am certified in trauma fields: adult clinical, child and adolescent, family, and Native American historical through Wellbriety and Medicine Wheel teachings; addictions and substance abuse services. I am a Certified Clinical Telehealth Provider (CMTH) able to do online, phone, or distant therapy to meet your therapeutic needs in this state of emergency we are living in. Additionally, I am certified as a Master Life Coach.
